A leading health technology company is seeking a Remote Support Engineer in Spain to provide exceptional service to customers across the DACH and EU regions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining customer satisfaction. Formación

• Fluent in German and good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support roles is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• A degree in Computer Science or related field is needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, DICOM, HL7, T-SQL, or scripting languages is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification and technical work on ISCV / XPER / IBE is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote support for over 200 customers, resolving technical issues.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware incidents following Philips procedures.
• Escalate critical or complex cases to senior experts when needed.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge.
• Contribute to knowledge base and share best practices.
