• Any background in sales including retail, call center, tourism, or e-commerce.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide guidance on cruise packages and destinations.
• Offer package upgrades or alternatives when appropriate.
• Deliver pre-booking and post-booking support.
• Assist travel agencies with booking management.
• Inform customers about prices, bookings, and documentation.
