The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, identifying, and selecting qualified professionals who meet the global demands and strategies of our organization while ensuring an excellent experience for candidates. Our responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the candidate pipeline, conducting interviews and assessments, and collaborating with leaders from different departments to understand their specific hiring needs.

Role Description

THIS IS A TEMPORARY 3 MONTHS CONTRACT, for current Spain citizens or Spain residents holding a work visa.

As a Recruiter at Blip, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring talent from different regions around the world. It will be your role to lead the entire recruitment cycle from defining the profile to the offer, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates. You will work closely with leaders from various areas, serving as a focal point to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment of expectations. You will develop and implement attraction strategies that reflect the company's employer brand.

The work model is hybrid, therefore your presence will be required at the office twice a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
What will your role be on the team?
  • Lead the recruitment process for positions in various countries, from resume screening to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and build ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Evaluate and interview candidates using behavioral and technical interview techniques.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and propose improvements in the process.
  • Serve as a focal point for the business unit, generating insights and influencing decisions in partnership with HRBP.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
What do we expect from you?
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in technology environments or startups.
  • Experience in international recruitment and knowledge of the peculiarities of different labor markets.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge in candidate sourcing.
  • Skill in conducting technical interviews or partnering with technical leaders for evaluation.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
It will be a plus if you have:
  • Experience recruiting for global positions.
  • Have intermediate Portuguese skills.
