About the role

• Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Hands‑On Formulation: Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.
• Plan & Execute: Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.
• Analyze & Report: Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.
• Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.

About you

• A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on lab experience.
• Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work.
• Good command of English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plus!
• Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required.
• Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)
