This role involves supporting product development, providing technical assistance, and managing pilot plant operations. Formación

• Previous experience in a technical or R&D role within the food industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with pilot plant operations and customer-facing technical support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Sales and Customers by recommending products.
• Produce pilot samples using equipment in the Pilot Plant.
• Manage the sample room and participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Compile data and perform basic analysis.
• Support project execution and define production processes.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of chocolate and compound coating processes

Experience with lab and pilot equipment

Basic data analysis and reporting skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Educación

Technical or vocational training in food science, chemistry, or related fields
