What is the job about

The Quality Engineer will design quality tools to cover APQP requirements will lead communication with customer regarding APQP key business deliverables (KBDs) will collaborate with the rest of the teams to define specific KBDs will collaborate with the Quality Team to put in place the actions required for the programs and generate the evidence records and determine corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures. This position will be placed in Málaga.

What will you do

• Analyze customers compliance matrices and determine accomplish or actions necessary to meet requirements if so requested.
• Identifies Quality customer requirements in customer documentation and ensures the projects fulfill those requirements by collaborating with the program teams.
• Establish a Quality Plan Timing (QPT) for APQP and KBDs according to the availability of the organization and customer requirements to keep track of the APQP deliverables progress and to be able to anticipate possible defaults and requirements and analyze verify and review the KBDs before delivering them to the customer.
• Develop and document procedures to ensure a timely response for processing of customer returns and corrective action. Assure a timely response to customer complaints.
• Generate maintain and enforce the procedures of the quality system ensuring that the products and services meet the quality standard and environmental documentation.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
• Update and follow-up our Quality Management System with incidents fixes and improvements.
• Support to customer audits.
• Support on the certifications required from projects (AQAP/PECAL MOA etc) and External Audits based on 14001 POA MOA etc. requirements.
• Perform Internal Audits based on 14001 POA MOA etc. requirements.

What profile are we looking for

We need you to be:

Mandatory:

• Certificate of Higher Education in Engineering.
• Experience in quality processes.
• Work in a manufacturing environment.
• Document Management.
• Experience in Audits Management.
• APQP tools management.
• Risks and changes management.
• Proficient in MS office (or similar) and other software applications.
• Certification Management. Knowledge in UNE 9100 and knowledge in UNE 9001.
• Root Cause Analysis Methodologies.
• Non-Conformity Management.
• Ability to identify hazards related to its activities and operating environment (technical environmental human and related to organizational factors) and involve all key personnel and relevant stakeholders. Be proactive in reporting them internally.

It will be an added value if you have:

• Tracking and Monitoring Management
• Troubleshoot Problem Management
• Teams Management
• Knowledge in ISO 14001 and 27001.
• Knowledge of POA and MOA requirements.
