Job Title: QA Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities include:

1. Participate in the field "screening team" on product issues, including identification, analysis, evaluation, and recording of key data.
2. Monitor processes and design actions to prevent issues and malfunctions for recurring problems.
3. Identify best practices and develop guides, implementing lean processes for improved performance.
4. Define and lead actions for the company's portfolio performance improvement plan, prepare monitoring reports, and execute related action plans.
5. Manage incidents, changes, performance measurement, and project management using appropriate methodologies.
6. Perform organizational coaching to promote quality and accountability.

Location: Madrid (permanent position)

Reporting line: Directly to the Quality Assurance Manager

Candidate profile:

• Master's or B.A. in Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Experience with management systems maintenance and risk management.
• Fluent in English for international communication.
