Una empresa líder en lotería busca un Gerente de Proyectos para liderar iniciativas estratégicas en Barcelona. El candidato ideal deberá tener una licenciatura, experiencia en gestión de proyectos y fluidez en inglés y español. Las responsabilidades incluyen la gestión de cronogramas, presupuestos y aseguramiento de la satisfacción del cliente. Se ofrece un entorno dinámico con oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.

Formación

  • Experiencia de seis a ocho años en gestión de proyectos con éxito en la entrega de sistemas.
  • Certificación en Project Management Professional (PMP) y/o metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia con metodología Agile y entornos Scrum sería un activo adicional.

Responsabilidades

  • Dirigir proyectos estratégicos desde la planificación hasta la ejecución.
  • Definir alcance, cronogramas y necesidades de recursos.
  • Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes y asegurar la satisfacción.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define scope, timelines, and resource needs; manage cross-functional teams and budgets.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor progress, report outcomes, and continuously improve delivery practices.
  • Implement corporate operating procedures including communication, documentation, quality, and change control processes.
  • Coordinate, approve and track all project related expenses including all hours, materials and services.
  • Assess and manage risk of strategic, technical, financial, political and/or business factors facing the project.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure project delivery meets customer satisfaction.
  • Drive/Participate in incident management processes to resolve project-related issues promptly and to the agreed SLA.
  • Mentor junior project staff and contribute to organizational project management maturity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Engineering or Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
  • Six to eight years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering systems including experience managing schedules, budgets, and scope.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Agile Methodologies Certificates.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum environments would be an additional asset.
  • Experience with project management scheduling tools, such as MS Project or Clarity.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
