A consulting firm in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a roadmap of digital servicing tools for a key banking client. The successful candidate will have over 5 years in project delivery within financial services, fluent English skills, and experience collaborating across business and technical teams. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead and manage various project milestones and risks.

Formación

• 5 years’ experience in project delivery or PMO roles in financial services.
• Experience working across business and technical teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Agile environments is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate a roadmap of digital servicing tools, managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Assess and validate business opportunities through structured business cases.
• Define and track delivery milestones, manage dependencies, and lead governance routines.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and report updates to internal audiences.

Overview

At Winning Consulting we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector, based in our Madrid office. (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a roadmap of digital servicing tools, managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Assess and validate business opportunities through structured business cases.
• Identify synergies or overlaps across regional and global projects to ensure portfolio consistency.
• Define and track delivery milestones, manage dependencies, and lead governance routines.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and report updates to internal audiences.
• Oversee closure activities including stakeholder validation, transition to operations, and benefit tracking.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in project delivery or PMO roles in financial services.
• Previous experience working across business and technical teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Agile environments is an asset.
