A leading European transport innovation initiative based in Barcelona is seeking a Programme Officer to support the launch of calls for proposals and oversee the evaluation process. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project monitoring and reporting for EU programmes. The role includes project management, reporting, and coordination of activities in a dynamic environment with flexibility for remote work. The position offers significant benefits, including 27 days of paid time off.

Reporting to the PMO Programme Manager, the Programme Officer is responsible for supporting the launch of calls for proposals and overseeing the evaluation process, ensuring that all activities comply with EIT requirements. He/she will also oversee the monitoring and reporting of a portfolio of projects from the various Business Plans financed by the EIT.
