We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid., which is looking to add a Production Engineer to its team.

About the Role:

• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts and tools.
• Develop and maintain plannings and action plans.
• Train people about Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering concepts and tools.
• Standardize production concepts and methods in different locations.
• Develop and maintain workplans.
• Creating standard procedures and working instructions.
• Determining times in the productions stages.
• Designing tools and jigs.
• Production Change Management.
• Familiar with Policies and Regulations regarding Health&Safety, Environment and Quality.

Requirements:

• Academic or professional education in industrial engineering or similar.
• +3 years experience in working with industrial/production environment and processes.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing methods and Continuous Improvements.
• Knowledge in SAP (production module).
• Knowledge in CAD/CAM.
• Knowledge in Quality tools (FMEA, POKA-YOKE, etc).
