We are seeking a strong software Product Owner to work with our dream team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.

With Product firmly at the core of Rhino Entertainment's impressive growth, the team is looking to expand to sustain the current pace while exploring new and intriguing ideas. Working very closely with both Business and Tech, the Product team acts as the "voice of the player" and ensures that the final experience of the players meets high standards.

Apart from B2C facing projects, Rhino's Platforms team is developing industry-leading middleware to assist the operational aspects of the business. The Product's role is to make the day-to-day work of colleagues as smooth and efficient as possible and to transform innovative ideas into cutting-edge products.

Requirements

What your role will look like:

• Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders, creating requirements
• Ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development
• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes
• Manage backlog, plan iterations, and elaborate user stories
• Work with Product Management on backlog according to business value or ROI
• Liaise with third-party vendors for integrations
• Plan product releases and set delivery expectations
• Mitigate impediments impacting team success
• Understand our products and team responsibilities
• Research market, users, and product roadmap
• Monitor competitors and industry trends
• Stay updated on Agile/Scrum best practices
