Are you passionate about postharvest innovation and ready to make a real impact in the agri-food industry? Join us as our Postharvest Product Manager and take the lead in building, optimizing, and positioning a cutting-edge product portfolio used by our partners around the world.

Product Development & Management

• Lead the development of new postharvest products from concept to market launch.
• Analyze the technical and commercial performance of current products and propose continuous improvements.
• Coordinate field and laboratory trials, validations, and testing with key customers, distributors, and research institutions.

Technical & Commercial Support

• Prepare technical and commercial materials.

Training & Technical Communication

• Develop and deliver webinars, internal and external training sessions.
• Create and present technical content for events, seminars and commercial meetings.
• Generate technical materials for marketing, including articles, videos, presentations and case studies.
• Manage collaborations for trials, joint projects, or scientific validation of technologies.
• Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and marketing to ensure proper execution of product-related projects.
• Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, ensuring product development aligns with market needs.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in postharvest, product innovation or business are a plus.
• Experience in customer interactions, trial management and project coordination.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Involvement in innovative projects with leading research institutions.
