Descripción del empleo

This global creative brand with HQ in Barcelona is looking for a Private Personal Assistant to support the CEO alongside his Business EA. As the Private Personal Assistant you will principally be managing all personal matters for the CEO and his family, who moved to Spain from the USA. This role could suit a PA/Office Manager in a small firm or a client manager or assistant within a luxury concierge business who knows what is involved in providing support to a HNW. Ideally you will have 1–2 years of experience and be familiar with using MS Office, but also happy to run errands, organise building and renovations, and use your network of trusted services to find restaurants and other needs. You will need to be totally fluent in English (working language) and Spanish.

The role is an amazing opportunity for someone as it is a varied role based between the family home and office (five days a week in the office with some flexibility around the needs of the role). It will suit someone highly service oriented and creative in how they work, and a self-starter with bags of initiative and attention to detail. Both the EA and the Private Personal Assistant report to the CEO, and you will principally be responsible for providing the private household/private PA duties around the family, personal travel, and personal appointments while the EA manages the business side.

The CEO travels extensively, so excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence are key, as well as the maturity to work alongside the C-suite. It is a dynamic, fast-growing environment, and you will be an integral part of its growth. There is huge scope for someone who loves that no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO’s family schedule, manage last-minute changes, and communicate updates to the Business EA.
  • Travel Planning: Arrange extensive international travel for the family.
  • Project Management: Contribute to household renovations or travel projects and ensure their successful execution.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate family events and all personal appointments and commitments.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Private PA, Client Services Associate, or Team PA (an understanding of supporting a HNW).
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, technically minded or a quick learner.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (native level). Knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Discreet, resilient, confident, and adaptable, with excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Team Player: Collaborative with a strong sense of humor and a positive attitude. High energy.
  • Location: Based in Barcelona, with five days in the office. You will need local knowledge of the city and a network of trusted contacts.
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary circa €X, depending on experience.
  • Fantastic compensation package and benefits.

This is a real one-off opportunity for someone who wants to be a Private PA and who loves taking ownership of their role. If this sounds like your next career move, we’d love to hear from you!
