About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre‑Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with strong communication skills, supporting the sales process by designing solutions, delivering demos and advising customers on technical requirements. You will play a critical role in engaging with clients, understanding their challenges and positioning our solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI submissions, providing detailed technical input.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑relevant language for clients.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning and cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage model delivery to our customers and trials for potential customers.
  • Travel as needed for meetings, conferences and project requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Junior: 1–2 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and data science.
  • Mid: 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and data science.
  • Strong background in AI/ML, data science or computer engineering, with hands‑on experience in machine learning models (e.g. transformers, CNNs, ViTs, LLMs).
  • Proficiency in Python, with exposure to ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with customers.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience in computer vision or NLP projects.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, finance or enterprise data systems.
  • Contributions to research papers, hackathons or open‑source projects.
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
