How you’ll make an impact
  • Lead High-Impact Advisory Projects: Drive strategic consulting initiatives for top-tier electricity sector clients spanning distribution, transmission, retail and generation, tackling regulatory, economic and technical challenges.
  • Innovate for a Sustainable Grid: Analyze and support the integration of renewables (onshore/offshore), electrification trends (e‑mobility, hydrogen industry) and efficiency measures to future‑prove electrical networks.
  • Deliver Smart Solutions: Apply proven methodologies and cutting‑edge tools to solve complex system studies and operational challenges ensuring high‑value outcomes for clients.
  • Strengthen Client Partnerships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders contributing to long‑term growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Business Development: Support sales and marketing efforts by addressing technical inquiries, incorporating client feedback and identifying new consulting opportunities.
  • Lead with Excellence: Manage projects end‑to‑end (planning, budgeting, risk management and delivery) while mentoring peers and enhancing internal processes and tools.
Your Background
  • Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD, MBA) are preferred.
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in executing power systems studies and a deep understanding of electrical power systems. Proven experience in designing, understanding and performing power systems studies with a consulting approach.
  • Industry Knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of the electric power industry, market systems and equipment.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in power systems modeling, simulation and analysis with experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, EMTP, PSCAD, RTDS and the definition of various static and dynamic studies.
  • Languages: Fluent level of English.
