What Will Your Responsibilities Be

1. You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365.
2. You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the device.
3. You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer.
4. You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service.
