  • Financial Analysis and Valuation: Build, maintain and validate financial models; prepare and defend offers, valuation assumptions and exit strategies in internal committees and client meetings.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate closely with operations, legal, Sales, Managers and stakeholders to ensure timely decision making; drive alignment across interdisciplinary teams accountable for deliverables.
  • Client and Committee Participation: Present portfolio performance and evolutions to clients committees with clarity; support deal teams to secure operations consistent with portfolio objectives.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations; design and maintain dashboards and regular reports for senior leadership and clients.
What knowledge and experience do we expect you to bring to the role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a closely related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, MSc Real Estate) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing REO/NPL collateral or similar real‑estate workout portfolios.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving asset conversion, cleanup, conversion and possession.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modelling and analysis.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish for client and stakeholder communications.
Soft Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and people‑management skills; comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams and vendors.
  • Results‑oriented, decisive and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Ability to attend client meetings and site visits as required; travel frequency will depend on portfolio geography.
  • High persuasive ability and negotiation skills; able to defend offers and performance under scrutiny.
What can we offer you?
  • Join a dynamic and fast‑growing company.
  • Thrive in a supportive work environment that fosters your professional growth.
  • Enjoy a competitive and flexible compensation package.
  • Benefit from flexible working hours to balance your life and work.
