PHP Developer, Revenue CRM Team (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

About the team
- Our team consists of backend engineers, frontend engineers, and product specialists.
- We work on the back office projects that support the company's daily activities.
- We are responsible for managing sales processes, handling various sales channels, configuring products, issuing invoices, processing payments, and managing vindications. We also handle integration with external marketing and sales systems, which allows us to optimize campaigns and enhance sales effectiveness.
- In addition to these tasks, we address technical debt and refactor legacy code to improve system performance and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Your day-to-day work will be focused on creating new and maintaining existing PHP applications.
- Bring innovative ideas to the team, share knowledge, and support daily challenges.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a PHP developer
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming (SOLID, GRASP, YAGNI, DRY, etc.) and strong PHP knowledge (7.4 / 8.2) with Symfony (3.3 / 6.4)
- Experience with or familiarity with tools such as GIT, ELK Stack, DataDog, RabbitMQ, Symfony Messenger, MariaDB, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Redis
- Experience in application monitoring, including analyzing logs and resolving issues
- Experience working in an Agile, high-autonomy environment
- English communication at least B2 level (spoken and written)
- Open to receiving and giving feedback; continuously seeking innovations and business-aligned improvements
Nice to have
- Experience in CRM-related development (invoices, payments, etc.)
- Experience with distributed architecture, asynchronous processes, and APIs
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS Services
