A consulting firm in Madrid is looking for a Compliance Services Support role to assist clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include managing contracts and providing high-quality service. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Life Science and strong proficiency in MS Office, with experience in regulatory compliance preferred. Knowledge of French and advanced English is required. This role demands attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 5 years or more related work experience.
• Background in Pharmaceutical compliance desirable, but not mandatory.
• French Speaker with advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop contracts for HCPs using given templates.
• Communicate with the HCP regarding contracts and obtain signatures.
• Provide updates to team management on status of work.
• Ensure work delivered is of good quality.
• Respond to client requests for customized reports.
• Analyze errors and recovery methods.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong PC technical skills (Excel, Access)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail oriented

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science
