Purolabs is a fast-growing DTC supplements brand based in the UK with over 350,000 happy customers.
We create clean, science-backed supplements that actually work. No fillers, no nasties, just real results.
Featured in Vogue, Women's Health, and Evening Standard, our UK-made products are trusted by health-conscious people who refuse to compromise on quality.
We're a small, family-run team that values ownership, transparency, and getting things done without the bureaucracy.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels.
You'll be the person in the ad accounts every day, not reviewing dashboards from a distance. This role is equal parts strategist and executor. You'll plan the roadmap, build the campaigns, analyse the data, and optimise for profitable growth.
Your primary focus will be Meta Ads, with responsibility for expanding into TikTok, Google, and YouTube as we grow. You'll work directly with our founders and collaborate with our creative team to develop winning ad concepts and high-converting funnels.
This isn't about vanity metrics. We care about contribution margin, not just ROAS. You'll need to think commercially and understand how paid media fits into the bigger picture of customer acquisition and lifetime value.
