A global payments technology firm is seeking a People Operations Analyst to provide operational support across employee lifecycle activities. The role involves maintaining HRIS, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing payroll inputs. We’re looking for a People Operations Analyst to deliver high‑quality compliant operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency and policy compliance across multiple entities. You’ll configure and maintain HR systems, support payroll and mobility operations and drive continuous improvement of People processes that enable scalability and a great employee experience. This role is remote in Europe (UK preferred) and reports to a People Operations Specialist or Director.
