He/she is the guarantor of sound procedures and ensures their implementation.You will support in defining, validating, steering and deploying our HR policies in order to adapt resources to the company's needs.**Responsibilities**- Deploy global HR processes locally, taking into account local legislation and culture across your region (MEA & Americas)- Identifies and cultivates talent throughout the organization, while implementing performance development- Provides solutions to all day-to-day HR management, drawing on your expertise in employment law- Supports managers in understanding employee relations and in organizing and developing their teams- Actively participates in more global HR ad-hoc projects- Supports and contributes to the effective implementation of changes, taking into account the legal and social implications, while identifying the associated risks**What we are looking for**- At least 5 years' experience in a business partnering role- Familiar with working in a matrix environment with international labor relations- Good knowledge of labor law and litigation in Europe, Africa and/or America- Strong communication skills, both written and oral- Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus)- Innovative, forward-looking and results-oriented- Strong self-starter, able to develop expertise in international labor law- Independent with ability to work under pressure and manage priorities- Strong attention to detail- Tech-savvy with proven skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
