Formación

  • Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1-C2) both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a customer support, partner support or client-facing role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Act as the primary contact for German-speaking partners ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Provide assistance via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for German-speaking partners ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Provide assistance via email, live chat and phone across a variety of topics including account management, product navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Technical Support) to escalate and resolve more complex cases.
  • Accurately document partner interactions and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation to enhance the support experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1‑C2) both spoken and written plus strong command of English (B2 / C1 level).
  • Prior experience in customer support, partner support or client‑facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with support systems, CRM tools and ticketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
