For one of our main customers

we are looking for a Business Sales Specialist to help shape the future of productivity with Copilot+ PCs and AI-powered experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 3 years of hardware sales experience who are fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer engagement.

As a Surface Deal Concierge, you will sell devices directly to customers, both via phone and through on-site visits. You will manage and develop customer relationships independently while collaborating closely with Enterprise Sellers, Operations Managers, and the Go-To-Market team. Your work will help customers embrace the next generation of AI-driven productivity solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive direct sales of Surface Copilot+ PCs devices, via phone and in-person visits.
  • Manage and grow customer accounts independently, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sellers, Operations Managers, and Go-To-Market teams to align on strategy.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase Surface and AI capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about product updates, AI trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware sales, preferably laptops.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage customer relationships independently.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales or enterprise customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Surface products and Copilot+ PCs.
  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on customer success.
  • Passion for technology, AI, and innovation.
