A dynamic tech company is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative to drive growth in the US market. In this role, you will report to the Senior VP of Strategic Accounts and focus on generating qualified leads through cold outreach. Candidates should have at least three years of outbound business development experience, proficiency in English, and skills in using CRM tools. The position allows for full-remote work or a hybrid model with optional office locations in Milan, Bologna, or Mauritius.

We’re looking for a brilliant and motivated Outbound Business Development Representative to help us open the US market through a highly targeted outbound strategy, strictly focused on Enterprise strategic clients. You will report to our Senior VP Strategic Accounts & Partners and will be responsible for initiating outbound first contact with Enterprise prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and assigning them to the Sales team for further steps.
You’re a confident, proactive communicator who enjoys outbound and knows how to turn a cold contact into a real business conversation. You’re motivated by results, comfortable working with targets, and you stay persistent and positive even when the “no’s” show up.
