Formación

  • Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en un rol similar en empresas de energía.
  • Comprensión sólida de procesos de Back Office y Deal-to-Cash.
  • Dominio de herramientas de gestión de cambio (ATR Switching).

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el proceso de facturación para electricidad, gas y clientes.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto principal con distribuidores.
  • Realizar análisis estadísticos de datos de ventas para apoyar la empresa.

You will join to a young, dynamic and international environment, where your role will be key on the development and management of procedures and systems necessary for the optimal management of customers in the supply of electricity, gas and renewable energy producers and co-generators in relation to verification, switching and billing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the invoicing process for electricity, gas, and representation customers, including settlements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication with electricity, gas, and representation distributors, as well as with REE and OMIE.
  • Provide support to the commercial team in handling customer-reported incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage the ATR Switching Management Tools.
  • Assist the administrative team in managing energy-related taxes and regulatory quotas.
  • Conduct statistical analysis of sales data to support business insights and reporting.
  • Oversee the management and administration of green certificates.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within energy trading or utility companies.
  • Solid understanding of Back Office and Deal-to-Cash processes.
  • Expert user of ATR Switching tools.
  • Affinity with data analysis and information technologies, including data modelling and data flow design.
  • Experience in customer metering management for indexed and pass-through products (electricity and gas), and familiarity with official platforms such as SIMEL and Enagás is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of REE operational procedures, as well as familiarity with SQL, advanced Excel (including Visual Basic, is considered a plus.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong problem-solving and client-service mindset, with a collaborative spirit, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities with autonomy and proactivity.
