Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced Administrative or Office Management role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure efficient operation of the office space and manage supplies.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and manage vendor invoices.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for employees and maintain files.
  • Support hiring managers with candidate scheduling and ATS management.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency with modern office software
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Educación

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR
