An international conservation organisation is seeking a National Coordinator to lead projects in Tunisia. You will coordinate activities with local civil society organisations and government bodies, ensuring alignment with national priorities and IUCN's programmes. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in project coordination, with proven networking and capacity-building skills. Fluency in Arabic and French is essential for this role, which includes travel within Tunisia and possibly to Spain.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in programme or project coordination.
• Experience with civil society organisations is strongly recommended.
• Strong understanding of donor-funded project management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate IUCN's activities in Tunisia and ensure alignment with national priorities.
• Develop partnerships with governmental bodies, NGOs, and academic institutions.
• Monitor project progress and conduct field visits.
