This is a hands-on role for someone with broad technical curiosity and a strong sense of ownership. If you enjoy working in collaborative environments where everyone gets involved, this might be your next move.

What will you do?

  • Operate and troubleshoot infrastructure and middleware platforms.

  • Maintain and evolve the entire datacenter stack: racks, servers, storage, communications, OS, databases, virtualization, authentication, and security.
  • Propose improvements across technologies, processes, and tools.
  • Enjoy a horizontal team culture—here, everyone gets hands-on with a variety of technologies. We learn and grow together.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience matters more than certifications.
  • Fast learner with strong self-management skills.
  • Problem-solver mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive investigations to resolution.
  • Passionate about IT infrastructure, with curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to challenge assumptions and find better solutions.
  • Strong team player—collaboration is key to our success.
  • Confident in your knowledge: you’ll be interviewed by your future teammates.
  • Interested in infrastructure as a whole: OS, virtualization, container orchestration (Kubernetes), SAN, etc.

Your technical foundation (2–3 years of hands-on experience in):

  • High level of English (spoken and written)—you’ll use it daily.
  • Networking and firewall administration.
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware, XEN).
  • Backup and disaster recovery design and implementation (plus: IBM TSM).
  • Linux server administration (especially Red Hat) and scripting.
  • AAA servers/services (external/centralized authentication such as RADIUS, LDAP).
  • Database operations (SQL, RDBMS—especially Oracle).
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ITIL).
  • Experience with observability tools (Splunk and/or ELK).
  • Strong knowledge of certificate-based security and PKI.

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible work schedule and hybrid model. Core hours Mon–Thu (9:30–17:00), Fri (9:00–15:00).
  • On-Site Canteen: Subsidized breakfast and lunch service with varied menus, salads, and fresh fruit.
  • Location: Easily accessible by public transport (Bus 88 and 110, Metro L10 ZAL-Riu Vell, PR4 from El Prat) or private vehicle.
