• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Back Office and/or Middle Office of Structured Finance.
• Previous experience through accomplished internships in an investment bank is advantageous.
• Able to work on different projects simultaneously under supervision.

• Pre-closing review to assess contract viability.
• Manage agency functions for structured finance operations across EMEA.

The Structured Finance Middle Office division plays a key role in the success of SG CIB’s activities.

Tasks and responsibilities

Closing and Transaction Monitoring

• Parameterization and modeling of structured finance transactions within the LoaniQ platform
• Pre-closing review to assess contract viability in line with LMA standards, KYC requirements, and internal procedures

Agency Management across EMEA

Manage agency functions for structured finance operations across EMEA, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks related to structured finance transactions
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and auditors to facilitate oversight and reporting

Communication and Coordination

Provide timely alerts and advice to Back Office teams in Paris, Warsaw, and Bangalore regarding deal specifics

• Maintain close relationships with clients, transversal banking functions, and local regulators

Profile required

Studies & experience

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program, preferably related to finance, business administration or adjacent focus areas

Previous experience through accomplished internships in an investment bank is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or similar
