What You’ll Do

• Answer merchant inquiries via Sales Reps through email—quickly, accurately, and in line with SLAs (German 🇩🇪 + English 🇬🇧 required) – French 🇫🇷 is a plus!
• Provide clear, solution‑oriented support and fix pre‑launch deal issues like a pro 🛠️
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Content Ops, Finance, and Risk for seamless experiences 🤝
• Act as the link between merchants and internal teams, helping identify and eliminate recurring issues 🔍
• Stay sharp by joining trainings, QA sessions, and team meetings 📚✨
• Become an expert in Groupon’s deal lifecycle and use that knowledge to elevate merchant experience 🚀
