Your Mission:

As the Acquisition Marketing Specialist, you will be the key link between our global strategy and local operations, ensuring successful campaign implementation, cultural adaptation, and performance optimization for our subsidiaries.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee marketing strategies tailored to each market.
• Coordinate with affiliates/partners to ensure alignment with global brand objectives.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and marketing KPIs.
• Research market trends and consumer behavior in each region.
• Manage marketing budgets assigned to each affiliate campaign.
• Develop performance reports and propose continuous improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• 1- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in multinational companies or fintechs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic and multicultural environments.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM, Analytics, etc.).
• Prior knowledge of design and experience in the entrepreneurial world is a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
