What you will do
- Propose and validate event agenda focused on regions and sales activities to develop, respecting budget frame
- Materialize this agenda, with agency and team support, ensuring efficiency and maximal impact in sales (leads and deals), KPI monitor
- Build all product supports and engage teams needed
- Contribute to JV events, maximizing synergies
- Launch and follow Procurement processes needed
- Tool evolutions proposal and implementation
- Newsletter implementation, in consistency with Com strategy
- KPI documentation and monitor
- Business development KPIs proposal and monitor
- Volume assessment
- MTP HPS coordination with all transversal team involved
- Internal process lead, respecting process and planning validated. Propose improvements in validated methodology
- Compare and follow additional sources of information to evidence gaps, and ensure consistency and internal one voice
- Answer company needs of information about sales volume visibility
- Branding activities
- Coordinate and deliver branding activities, aligning Business development disclosure with Com activities
- Develop branding actions, such as motorsport or other actions associated to sales development
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in marketing within multinational environments and B2B companies.
- Experience in industrial settings, used to complex environments and highly technical products.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and implementation capabilities.
- Experience managing teams.
- Analytics and data driven process management. Dynamic profile.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative thinking and digital knowledge.
- High level of English is mandatory. French and Spanish will be a plus.
