Overview

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to drive growth and expansion in the SaaS industry. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing marketing team, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, and make a significant impact on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a unified marketing strategy to support international expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 8 marketing professionals across content, growth, product, and performance.
• Own the full marketing funnel: digital acquisition, content, CRM, and lifecycle marketing; optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergies across departments.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in SaaS
• Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, scaling marketing teams, and delivering measurable growth metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset and data fluency (tracking, KPIs, marketing automation, etc.).
• Fluent English.
