We’re looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing Operations team—a hands‑on, data‑driven professional with a passion for scalable marketing automation and campaign excellence. As the Marketo specialist within a fast‑growing SaaS organisation, you will build, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive the customer journey from first touch through to expansion. This key role will enable our demand generation and lifecycle marketing strategies, ensuring every campaign is automated, measurable, and driving impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign execution in Marketo, including programme setup, QA, deployment, and reporting.
  • Build and optimise automated nurture journeys that move leads through the funnel and accelerate conversion to SQLs and pipeline.
  • Manage lead flow and data integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools in the martech stack.
  • Set up and manage webinar programmes, including integrations, automation, and post‑event follow‑ups.
  • Implement and optimise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalisation to improve engagement and performance.
  • Maintain and evolve lead scoring models to support sales alignment and marketing qualification.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support martech evolution, helping evaluate new tools, integrations, and process improvements that scale impact.
About You
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including campaign builds, automation logic, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign objects, data flows, and lead management.
  • Experience managing webinar or event automation (e.g. Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar).
  • Track record of building and refining nurture and lead‑scoring frameworks that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data to inform decisions.
  • Familiar with key martech platforms: Marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Customer.io), CRM (Salesforce), ABM/intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and proactive, thriving in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
Desirable Experience
  • Hands‑on experience with Customer.io for lifecycle or customer engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment, attribution, or analytics tools (e.g. Bizible, Looker, Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, from MQL to ARR, and how to align marketing activity to revenue impact.

How We Work

We take an IRL‑first approach: the team works together in‑person 3 days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
