A global sports media group is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support their iGaming team. This role involves monitoring marketing data, assisting with affiliate campaigns, and conducting market research. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and a professional level of English. Remote work is available, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the fast-paced iGaming industry and contribute to significant data-driven projects.

Formación

About the role

As part of our Western Europe Business Unit growth across several international markets, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our iGaming team in their day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in operational follow-up, performance analysis, and affiliate campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Data Monitoring & Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate, and update monthly and quarterly marketing performance data.
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure consistency across markets.
  • Access affiliate platforms to retrieve key KPIs (Clicks, Registrations, FTDs, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, etc.).
  • Support data accuracy through coordination with Finance and Business teams.

2. Affiliate Campaign Assistance

  • Assist in setting up affiliate campaigns (creatives, logos, landing pages, tracking codes).
  • Verify correctness of affiliate materials: links, promo codes, bonus details, terms & conditions.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and performance indicators.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and suggest improvements.
  • Help maintain and update operator listings or marketing assets.

3. Market Research & Competitive Monitoring

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and user preferences.
  • Track new projects, formats, offers, and UX innovations in the comparison landscape.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure marketing materials remain compliant.
  • Adapt or request updates to materials based on market or regulatory requirements.

4. Operational & Administrative Support

  • Manage and update internal documents, databases, and shared files.
  • Provide operational support for ongoing marketing initiatives, including email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Product, Content, and Finance teams to streamline workflows.
  • Assist with quality checks on operator information and marketing assets.

Your profile should include

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
  • Comfort with numbers and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, etc.).
  • Professional level in English (written and spoken).
  • Interest in or knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and work with affiliate marketing metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience using project-management tools such as Monday, Jira or Asana;
  • Basic knowledge of SEO content production workflows;
  • Curiosity for AI tools and ability to create small automations using Google Sheets, n8n and/or simple APIs;
