Responsibilities include monitoring performance and system efficiency, maintaining solar PV equipment, managing inventory, enforcing safety standards, and supervising teams. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with operational regulations and provide regular performance reports. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and reliability in solar energy production.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily plant performance, energy generation, and system efficiency.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance for solar PV modules, inverters, and transformers.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and manage inventory.
• Enforce safety standards and environmental regulations during maintenance.
• Supervise O&M teams and coordinate with vendors for technical support.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Operations:
• Monitor daily plant performance, energy generation, and system efficiency (PR, CUF, etc.).
• Analyse SCADA data and initiate corrective actions for performance improvement.
• Maintenance:
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance for solar PV modules, inverters, and transformers.
• Minimize downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
• Inventory & Spares Management:
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and manage inventory for seamless operations.
• HSE Compliance:
• Enforce safety standards and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training for the team.
• Team & Vendor Management:
• Supervise O&M teams, ensuring skill development and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and contract compliance.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare performance reports and maintain records of all maintenance activities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Cost & Compliance:
• Assist with O&M budget management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
