A leading global manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for the Gallarta site in Spain. The role involves leading the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing the maintenance of all machinery. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in maintenance within the chemical or pharmaceutical industries and possesses strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP PM is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or process industries.
• Advanced English (C1) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Gallarta with occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the maintenance team across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
• Plan and monitor maintenance programs with the Iberia Maintenance Manager.
