Overview

We're Hiring : Machine Learning Engineer (MLE)

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Machine Leanring Engineer to join our team. You will work on a IT sector, developing models and conducting data analysis. Your role will be crucial in all phases of the predictive model lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to deployment in production.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona

Experience: 3–4 years in Machine Learning or Data Science

Language: English fluency required (team communication is in English)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML models, particularly in the NLP or GenAI space
• Write clean, modular, and efficient Python code following best practices
• Collaborate with MLEs / Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to move models into production
• Support data processing and feature engineering efforts
• Develop machine learning models and data processing pipelines.
• Analyze, clean, and handle complex data.
• Evaluate the performance of existing models and solutions.
• Develop and deploy models in the cloud.
• Mentor the team.
• Create new solutions and approaches.
• Engage in critical thinking and deep analysis of challenges.

Tech Stack

• Python (advanced, structured coding) and SQL.
• Databricks, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar libraries
• Experience with NLP and / or Generative AI (LLMs) is highly valued
• Predictive models.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Document models and data analysis.
• Experience working with Scrum / Agile methodologies.
