A prominent retail technology firm in Spain is seeking a motivated professional to provide operational support to Logistics teams by ensuring effective data management and reporting. The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience and analytical skills to manage data corrections and generate reports in ERP/WMS systems. Formación

  • Relevant experience in customer service or logistics is required.
  • Strong problem-solving capacity and ability to work independently.
  • Confident with data handling, particularly in CSV/Excel formats.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to provide operational support to several Logistics teams in Germany with data maintenance, reporting and manual post-processing. The focus is on manual corrections in our systems, the structured reading of relevant figures, and the tabular preparation for the specialist departments—reliably, comprehensibly, and on time.

Working hours for this role are 6 hours per day, typically from 17:00-23:00 CET.

What will your tasks be?
  • Execution of cleanups and changes according to defined specifications in ERP/WMS/COM/TMS-systems
  • Operational reporting: extracting figures from the systems on a cyclical/ad hoc basis, consolidating them, and preparing them in tables/pivots
  • Maintenance of standardized report templates
  • Timely processing of inquiries/tickets and transparent progress reports
What we are looking for?
  • Relevant experience in customer service, administrative roles, logistics, or retail
  • Strong problem-solving orientation, independent working style, self-organization, and prioritization of parallel requests
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confident handling of data exports (CSV/Excel), and simple data transformations
  • Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence
