A logistics company is seeking a coordinator to manage customer orders and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, a degree in logistics is preferred, and must possess good communication skills in English. This role involves direct contact with customers and managing various logistics tasks to ensure service quality.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding.
• Professional degree in logistics is preferred.
• Minimum B2 level communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer orders based on requirements.
• Process agent messages and communicate with partners.
• Manage anomalies and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain contact with warehouse and subcontractors.

Overview

This role coordinates and executes the customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Contact with the dedicated customer for instructions / reminder
• Processing of agent and early warning messages(network contact)
• Communicate information to customers and partners in parallel
• Handling of anomalies / disputes
• Proposal for corrective and preventive measures
• Contact with the warehouse and other subcontractors
• Duty to inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of goods
• Duty to communicate the information of the files in charge to his hierarchical manager
• Monitoring the quality of service center services.
• Create SOP’s when require to support the offshoring process.
• Trouble shooting to proactively find suitable solutions in time and manner to the customer.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or Degree in Logistics
• Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level mínimum)
