Project Objectives

• Strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention.
• Reduce fraud, manipulation, intimidation undermining electoral processes.
• Improve legal framework and conduct of future elections, public confidence in institutions.
• Inform European institutions on election conduct in selected third countries.

Duration: January 1, 2026 - February 28, 2030.

Key Expert Requirements

• Advanced degree in economics / management / business or 5+ years experience.
• Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of technical / telecom equipment for EOM.
• General Experience: 10+ years in civilian mission management (Cat I) or 5+ years (Cat II).
• Specific Experience: Coordination-level EOM experience, budget and logistics planning.
