A world-leading industrial organization is looking to hire a Logistics Administrator to join a newly created team at its office in the province of Barcelona.

Outbound Management

• Manage day‑day outbound shipping process in SAP.
• Verify orders before transmitting them to the warehouse: volume, route, customer requirements, etc.
• Process and release orders for pick and pack according to agreed daily/weekly/monthly schedules. Choose the optimal (efficient, economic and effective) transport service.
• Schedule or modify deliveries as appropriate.

Claim Handling and Reverse Logistics

• Manage customer claims: Recording, investigation, collection of supporting documentation, filing, recovery and general administration of assigned claims.
• Manage the return process and ensure excellent customer experience.

Delivery Monitoring and Reporting

• Proactively monitor trucks arrival and departure times at the warehouse and customer in order to ensure pick‑up and delivery times are met. Monitor loading and unloading reports on a daily basis.
• Take ownership of any delivery‑related problems ensuring they are resolved without undue delay.
• Generate and distribute regular reports according to agreed frequency.
