A clean energy solutions company is searching for a Sales Manager to drive utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage solutions in Spain. The role requires a strong commercial background in solar technologies and a proven track record in technical sales. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for success in this position.

Formación

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can drive utility-scale solar PV and BESS solutions across Spain. You won’t just be selling products—you’ll be shaping the future of clean energy, helping developers and EPCs deliver massive solar parks and storage projects.

Your Mission

This role is for someone who thrives on big challenges and has a track record of success in solar/BESS sales. You will:

  • Drive new sales of central and string inverters, as well as battery storage systems for utility-scale projects.

  • Own key accounts, building lasting relationships with market-leading developers and strategic clients.

  • Analyze the market, track competitors, and report insights, keeping your finger on the pulse of Spain’s booming solar industry.

  • Devise and execute strategic sales plans to hit—and exceed—KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Work closely with internal teams, ensuring your solutions are delivered seamlessly to the client.

Your Profile
  • Strong commercial background in solar PV, inverters, EPC, or energy storage.

  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management.

  • Experience with an inverter manufacturer is a huge advantage.

  • Sharp technical and market awareness—you know PV grids and storage systems inside out.

  • Flexible, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of opportunities.

  • A true team player, but can also own your projects independently.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

You’ve seen your fair share of PV grids. You know how to spot opportunities, craft solutions, and close deals.
