Everything you are looking for and more

Promote and accelerate the Companys business growth by strategically expanding services (Home Delivery Out of Home 3PL etc.) strengthening relationships with key clients and developing new business opportunities.

The role combines a commercial vision with an understanding of online sales digital processes (marketplaces checkout brand visibility etc.) to deliver solutions that provide value and efficiency to clients.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have
  • Increase business volume with current strategic clients and explore new collaboration opportunities to achieve the Companys objectives.
  • Understand clients operational and technological needs (marketplaces e-commerce retailers) and propose tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT OPS and Marketing teams to facilitate integrations onboarding and improvements in logistics flows.
  • Develop new commercial partnerships within the existing client portfolio.
  • Analyze the market competition and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Boost the Companys presence in new territories or strategic segments.
  • Prepare proposals presentations and commercial activity reports.
  • Reports to : Head of Expansion and Commercial Management.
Well what will the requirements be
  • 35 years of experience in business development or commercial expansion preferably in technology logistics or e-commerce sectors.
  • Knowledge of different last-mile models (PUDO Lockers Home Delivery and Fulfillment).
  • Familiarity with online purchase processes (checkout integration software sales platforms and order management systems etc.).
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital environments - Hubspot is a plus.
