A technology consulting agency is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their operations in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will develop and maintain quality control processes, inspect components for compliance, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001. They are looking to hire Quality Engineer for their operations in Europe.

Job Description
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for manufacturing and maintainingmachines.
  • Measure parts, compare with the drawings, return defective parts and report for non-conformity documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and service teams to resolve quality issues
  • Inspect components, sub-assemblies, and finished machines to ensure compliance withspecifications and standards.
  • Identify, document, and analyze quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventiveactions.
  • Prepare quality reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and establishing qualityagreements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or relevant Engineering field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in machinery manufacturing is a plus.
Experience
  • Experience in quality engineering, preferably in printing machinery, packaging, ormanufacturing industries.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection tools, quality control software, and testing methods.
Location

Quality Engineer will work from Barcelona, Spain.
