Your mission

We are looking for a Junior Innovation & Sustainability Consultant to play a key role in enhancing our innovation capabilities, based on an agile, smart, and scalable organizational and operational model.

This role involves supporting disruptive and challenging projects, assisting clients in their transformation, innovation, and digitalization efforts across various project stages : defining key ideas, planning and facilitating innovation processes, executing and monitoring projects, managing relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring the achievement of project goals.

Background

C1 English level

Academic background: Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, or related fields.

Additional training and knowledge: Knowledge or training in innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Open Innovation, or Lean Startup.

Experience: At least 4 years in innovation consulting, including management, advisory, and facilitation of innovation and digital transformation projects, preferably in the mentioned areas.
