Formación

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia gestionando proyectos de software en la nube utilizando metodologías ágiles.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la organización de ceremonias de gobernanza del proyecto.
• Coordinar la sincronización entre diferentes proveedores de proyectos.

What Would You Need?

1. University degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in software development and project management, focusing on data management projects in cloud environments.
3. Experience managing cloud software projects using AGILE methodologies.
4. Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level) with professional experience in international environments.
5. Corporate competencies such as responsibility, commitment, and rigor in performing functions.
6. Organizational and disciplinary skills, especially while working remotely.
7. Essential skills including the ability to learn, teamwork, task prioritization, analytical and methodical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
8. Desired competencies such as involvement, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy.

What Will You Do?

1. Governance: Lead the organization of project governance ceremonies and gather contributions from various participants, such as Product Committees, Steering Committees, Rollout Committees, Gates, Digital Risks, etc., according to organizational rules.
2. Project Management: Coordinate synchronization among different project providers, identify blockages, and manage contractor pools by monitoring progress, costs, risks, and blockages.
