Inside SAP Sales Representative (f/m/d)

Location: Remote from Spain

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Inside SAP Sales Representative to support our sales operations in Spain, France, Benelux, and drive new business opportunities. This role involves direct client interaction, lead generation through cold calling, and coordination with the external sales teams to ensure smooth execution of SAP‑related sales processes.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce SAP solutions and generate interest.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and research.
  • Maintain and update customer master data and sales documents in SAP (quotations, orders, contracts).
  • Collaborate with the external sales teams to support the full sales cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, presentations, and pipeline updates.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and follow‑up in CRM systems (C4C).
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish, English, and / or French, depending on the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or SAP support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to conduct cold calls and manage client relationships.
Language Requirements
  • English: Mandatory – must be fluent for internal and external communication.
  • Spanish or French: must be fluent in one of these languages.
  • Trilingual candidates (English, Spanish, and French) will be considered a strong asset.
